Richard brings over two decades of senior executive leadership in the engineering and infrastructure sectors. Serving as Group CEO of the GIBB Group since 2005, he has led the delivery of landmark power, water, transport, and mining assets across Africa. His policy and industry involvement includes roles on the South African Presidential Business Working Group on Infrastructure, the BRICS Business Council Infrastructure Working Group, Chairmanship of the Black Business Council Infrastructure Committee, and council membership at CESA.

Sandile is the Founder and CEO of Crede Capital Partners. His institutional investment career includes serving as Shareholder, Executive Director, Principal, and Investment Committee Member at Inspired Evolution Investment Management, where he co-managed the US$100m Evolution One Fund backed by major DFIs (including IDC, IFC, Norfund, SIFEM, GEEREF, and AfDB). He previously served as Head of Institutional Business at Afena Capital and spent eight years at Investec Asset Management.

Colin possesses more than 20 years of expertise in the commercialization, financing, and operational oversight of real asset infrastructure. He has successfully structured and financed complex wind, solar, hydropower, bulk water supply, and rail assets. His key competencies encompass corporate and project finance, risk management, financial/technical due diligence, governance, and deal origination.

Greg specialises in PPP structuring, procurement frameworks, and project finance valuations. Formerly with KPMG’s Infrastructure Finance Deal Advisory team, Greg has created innovative project finance models for early-stage feasibility and led capital-raising strategies across major water infrastructure development funds.
